Swot Analysis Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine

Before this project, our lab was only equipped with â€Å"Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine† which was quite insufficient, consequently our company had to outsource the product for testing. To develop the facility for verification of materials’ physical, mechanical and chemical properties and to bring down the product cost and increase savings, the development of fully equipped Material Testing Lab was the demand of the time and indirectly our client requirement. Reviewing my qualification, knowledge and study subjects, my immediate manager proposed my name for this project and I was fortunate enough that I was selected to make feasibility report for the up gradation and development of Lab and started execution within a period of 6 months. As the first stage of my project, I planned to meet my professors and lab assistants, where I gathered and noted down some valuable information. I searched various websites and engineering journals on internet and collected data from mechanical testing standards to be informed about the more advanced and accurate testing methods. I also studied various spare parts’ drawings, manufacturing standards and technical data for the test. I consulted with production department and my senior manager to know regarding all the tests which we presently outsource. With the help of this collected data I finalized the list of tests and their machines/equipments. The second stage of the project was looking for the renowned manufacturer and estimation of testing equipments. My Autobiography - 658 Words

My name is Tiffany Amber Deramos. I live in Queens, New York, and am in 5th Grade. I was born on a warm and sunny day, so I am told, on March 26, 2002 at the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan. I started going to school when I was six-years old. I went to Kindergarten through Fifth Grade at PS/IS268Q Elementary. I won an award for honors for all for terms and an award for perfect attendance. School is very important to me and I like my teachers and the subjects we study. I study a lot because I do not have many friends outside of school. I do not have good memories of my younger childhood, but my parents tell me that I was a pretty good baby and slept a lot I am sure I cried, too. I started walking when I was just over a year old. Maybe walking is the wrong word, more like taking a few steps and stumbling very awkwardly. It was also at this time that I began to utter my first spoken work in English. I am told that this really started it, and now my parents cannot shut me up. I live with my Mother, Vanny and my Father, John in Queens, New York. I am the only child. Both of my parents were born in Guyana but grew up in the United States. It was important to my grandparents that my parents grow up with American customs and traditions, and to learn to speak English properly. This is a tradition that my parents kept, and they make sure we try to be as American as possible. Consumer behavior theory The theory of hierarchy helps in attaining consumer satisfaction through Maslows five part priority system. People act on the basis of the hierarchy system in accomplishing various desires. The needs structure includes physiological (survival), safety, love, esteem, and self-actualization. Successful marketing plans must include awareness related to the products and they must develop the strategies on the basis of the needs. Apple watches form to be an essential part of the esteem needs. People are purchasing them in order to develop a social status. It is evident from the theory that consumer behavior must be accessed on the terms of the exiting needs (Goel, Hofman, Lahaie, Pennock Watts, 2010). Engel, Kollet, Blackwell Model This model is based on consumer move to the decision making stage after taking multiple decision about a product. Consumers in an organizations are affected b the multiple variables factors and external factors. These external influences help in making purchases. This whole process has two periods where marketer needs to put the input. Strategies need to develop according to the needs where the consumer takes interest in making a decision. Lifestyle brands are instilling desire in the mind of the consumer to make purchases (Chartrand, 2005). It takes multiple stages to make decision about a product. In case of multiple usage products like Apple watch the company has to consider the trends which are necessary to be followed in order to achieve the desired result (Vinerean, Cetina, Dumitrescu Tichindelean, 2013).
